Hello, I'm Rachel, a certified yoga teacher based in Inverness. Living with multiple sclerosis for over 15 years, I've discovered the power of yoga on my own wellness journey and I'm passionate about sharing the profound benefits of this practice with others. My sessions are a fusion of my love of yoga and my commitment to creating an inclusive space where anyone can find their own relaxation and release.
I have attained my 200 hour RYT in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and 20 hour Yin Yoga Certification.
My focus as a practitioner and teacher is on the restorative and healing qualities of Yin Yoga. At Great Glen Yoga, I bring expertise in guiding individuals through gentle postures, promoting deep relaxation and increased flexibility. With a passion for creating a calming experience, I specialise in tailoring Yin Yoga practices to suit various needs, helping individuals find balance and peace in their own wellness journey.

We'll move through basic poses for the whole body and get used to the stillness that comes with yin. if you're more experienced with yin, this is a fab back-to-basics session to add to your rotation!
